The Folio Society edition of Letters From Fairyland 2020
This project was a joy to work on, Letters from Fairyland features exquisite miniature envelopes filled with heartfelt letters from Fairyland, and is beautifully illustrated by Charles van Sandwyk. For this project we wanted to ensure that all text and flourishes were text black in the illustrations for clarity. This involved meticulously going over Charles beautiful scripture and recreating it in photoshop in bitmap files to print, as well as removing the original text from the illustrations themselves.
